The Grinch

We went to see the ice sculptures at Opryland a couple weeks ago with our neighbors and their little girl, Emma Kate. We had a great time!!

It was 9 degrees inside. Even under layers and layers, that is very cold!!!

I wish we had shown Ben the movie before we went. He had no clue who The Grinch was and was afraid of the "monster". He wouldn't get in any pictures by himself or with Emma Kate once inside. We were dressed in layers + coats + parkas. It was quite funny to see Ben try to move on his own.

This picture was taken outside before we went in. Ben and Emma Kate enjoy playing together. She said if she can't marry her mommy, she is going to marry him when she gets bigger. How cute!!

These are just a few pictures Melissa took last weekend at the park in Cookeville. I will get the rest tomorrow and will add more then. It was a beautiful day and both children were in great moods and did a wonderful job...that will never happen again, I'm sure.

Fun at the Pumpkin Patch

This is the whole crew except Jackson. He was with us, just not in the mood to have his picture taken. On the left is Jake, Ben and Lilly Kate. On the right is Avery and Abby and John Pearce in the front. We had a blast picking pumpkins and playing in the hay.

Little Farmer

Ben is a natural little farmer. His Pa Pa and daddy have taught him a lot. He has helped raise Suzy, the calf. He is looking on making sure Pa Pa is doing it right.
